centre owner Intu Properties has recorded a fall in operating profits from
£474.4m to £387.1m, with rental income down from £364m to £362.6m. Total
revenue increased from £516.1m to £525.7m. It is planning a £200m expansion,
comprising 440,000 square feet, at the Braehead Centre in Glasgow. The expansion could create jobs.
