Developments is to redevelop the former Hexham railway station goods yard in
Northumberland as a retail park. Tyne
Valley Retail Park will incorporate 34,757 sq. ft. of retail warehouse
accommodation, office and industrial accommodation. Terms have been agreed with
Homebase, Pets At Home and Majestic Wine, with new jobs expected.
