TDH Estates are planning a £25m revamp at
Monks Cross Shopping Park in York, which they estimate could create up to 175
jobs. It is envisaged the plans will be
presented to York Councils planning committee next month, when councillors will
be fully briefed, ahead of an application being submitted in the Spring.
