Asda
is opening a £57.5m Distribution Centre in Rochdale on 8 November 2012. 400
jobs will be created by logistics firm Wincanton at the 43.5 acre site, which
accommodates one of the largest chilled distribution centres in Europe. The
project is a partnership between Asda and Wincanton.
