New £50m hi-tech data centre development for Usk Properties

Commercial property developer and investor Usk Properties is to build a data centre costing approximately £50 million in South Wales. When completed, the building will be filled with specialist computer and technical equipment. Jobs will be created as a direct result, ranging from general admin staff to qualified and skilled professionals such as IT consultants.
