London-based insurance consultant Randall & Quilter has acquired RAB Insurance, an insurer based in Guernsey, formerly owned by Drakelow Development Holdings. The acquisition represents the third purchase by Randall & Quilter in 2012 of an end-of-life captive insurer. Turnover £36.8m, 360 employees.
