Office supplies company Vasanta Group, one of Sheffield's largest private employers, is on the lookout for expansion opportunities after securing new multimillion-pound revolving credit facilities.
The group, which reported turnover of £383m in its most recent accounts. Based on Sheffield Business Park, Vasanta employs about 1,400 staff and is one of the largest wholesalers and distributors of stationery in the UK and Ireland. The group operates a centralised distribution network with "hubs" in Leicestershire, Yorkshire and Dublin.
