Construction
work has started on the £6m expansion of the Ds Smith Packaging factory in
Belper, Derbyshire. The investment will
include a state-of-the-art printing press and will add 50% to the production
capacity at the site. The factory employs 170 people and further jobs could be
created by the expansion.
