Belfast-based
Eircom UK has invested £2m in the expansion of its network in Britain and is
increasing its workforce by 25%. The company, which employs 40 staff, recorded
pre-tax profit of £4.2m in 2012, compared with a £1.3m loss in 2011. Revenues
fell by £5.1m following its exit from loss making parts of the business.
