London firm Saltus Fund Management has acquired wealth management company Mercater Capital Management, based in Altrincham in Cheshire. The combined entity will trade under the Saltus name. Alaric Gordon of Mercater will become Chief Operating Officer and Chairman James Lang will adopt the role of Chair of the combined private client business. Turnover £2.9m
