Construction is to build a 40,000 sq. ft. centre at Porth Teigr regeneration
scheme, Cardiff Bay, which will be marketed to attract creative industries
sector tenants. Work will start in January 2013 and should be completed in
early 2014. The development, which is supported by the Welsh Government, could
create new jobs.
