First Choice Homes Oldham is planning to build new headquarters in the town for
its 450 staff. It is purchasing land from Oldham Council, which is currently
occupied by a single-storey building and a car park. It plans to build a
three-storey, 35,000 sq. ft. office building. The development could create
employment and business opportunities. Turnover £24.3m.
