St Modwen Properties is moving forward with the £150m regeneration of Great Homer Street in Liverpool. The scheme, which includes a Sainsbury’s supermarket, new market facilities, homes, a petrol station and community facilities, is expected to create 1,000 jobs. Turnover £109.6m, 210 employees.
