Brook Estates is planning to develop the Brookfield Resource Recovery Park at
Corby, Northampton. The park would
attract sustainable industries and businesses, which would use clean, renewable
energy, generated on site, and have integrated waste management and recycling
solutions. The £100m development could create 3,000 jobs, plus 800 construction
jobs.
