Ashtenne Space
North West, a joint venture between Ashtenne Industrial Fund and the Homes and
Communities Agency, is to refurbish the Mercury Court office complex in
Liverpool, with £5m being invested in the first phase. Construction will start
in January 2013. The project could
create employment and business opportunities.
