ScottishPower
and Swedish partner Vattenfall have submitted plans to build the worlds largest
wind farm off the coast of East Anglia.
The company’s joint venture, East Anglia Offshore Wind (EAOW), wants to
erect 325 turbines. The wind farm could
create 2,700 jobs during the construction phase, which could begin in
2016.
