Barnet and Chase Farm Hospitals NHS Trust have appointed Dr Tim Peachey as interim chief executive, following the unexpected departure of Mark Easton. Plans to merge with the Royal Free in Hampstead have been submitted to NHS London. Mr Peachey will remain in post until plans for the merger have been approved.
