consultancy CBRE is overseeing the construction of two restaurants at Odeon
Silverlink shopping and leisure complex in Newcastle upon Tyne, with work due
to start in February 2013. The units
have been let to Portuguese themed restaurant Nandos and Italian chain Bella
Italia. The development could create employment opportunities. CBRE: turnover £207.1m, 1,500 employees.
