The Canary
Wharf Group and Qatari Diar are planning to build offices, 790 homes and
several shops at the Shell Centre on London South Bank, potentially creating
jobs. Walkways connecting Waterloo Station with the South Bank will be created.
Shell International will relocate 1,700 staff to Canary Wharf and The Strand
until the works are completed.
