Mountgrange
Investment Management and PRUPIM are developing a 60m office and retail scheme
on the former Odeon Cinema and Paramount music venue in Glasgow. Work will begin in December 2012, potentially
creating employment and business opportunities. Sir Robert McAlpine is to
design and build the scheme, which will include 143,000 sq. ft. of office
space.
