Engineering company Norbar Torque Tools has opened a factory in Banbury, Oxfordshire and will scale up production of torque wrenches and measuring equipment to meet substantial increase in global demand. The company has created 25 new roles in 2012 and further recruitment is planned. Turnover £25.16m.
