The Crown Estate has awarded development rights for three offshore renewable energy sites in Northern Ireland's coastal waters, which could deliver a total of 800 MW of electricity. The companies awarded development rights are First Flight Wind Limited, Tidal Ventures Limited and DP Marine Energy Limited. The developments could create employment opportunities.
